HP-500

An innovative design with integrated solenoid gun provides quick intervals with medium and highly viscous glues and therefore closes the gap between robust electro-pneumatic guns on the one hand and the quick electrical guns on the other.

The powerful model with electro-pneumatic drive offers extremely long life, reliable operation, easy maintenance and high cycle rates with perfect track tear off.

Compact dimensions allow use even in constricted spaces. The unique combination of the features power and speed generate a multitude of new application options like non-contact dot and line application even of the most difficult special glues with high cycle packaging and print processing machines. HME-500

The HME-500 are particularly suitable for high production speeds with simultaneous high demands on accuracy and cleanliness. They combine the Baumer hhs competence from electromagnetically operated cold glue technology with the special features of hot-melt application. The HME guns are extremely quick switching, free from wear and tear and maintenance friendly. Their compact design without compressed air connection and solenoid gun allows the installation even in the smallest gaps. The use of high quality materials and ideal heat distribution not only guarantee long life but also optimum quality of the glue application.

The non-contact application of glue tracks up to fine fix points at the highest machine speeds opens new dimensions for the potential use of hot-melt application. HM-500

Robust and narrow electro-pneumatic guns for the application of glue tracks and dots Regardless whether you require dot, line, swirl, spray or surface application: the multitude of variants and special designs allows the HM-500-series to meet any demand.

The HM-500-series achieves high cycle rates and a clean start up behaviour even after longer machine stops. This minimises the reject rate and provides a direct production start.

The compact HM-500 hot-melt guns set new glue application technology standards in terms of robustness and reliability. The powerful pneumatics in these guns allows the perfect application of even highly viscous glues at high production speeds.
